Returns & Exchanges
Cinomadist Returns & Exchanges Policy
If you’re not happy with your Cinomadist product, you can return it for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Returned goods must be in perfect, unused condition with all original tags attached.
We do not offer an exchange service at this time. If you need to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and purchase the replacement at your convenience, either before or after you receive your refund.
Once received, returns will take about 10 business days to process. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address on file once the return process is completed.
US Returns & Exchanges
- Currently, we do not charge a return shipping fee. Simply contact us, and we'll send you a label. Once your gear is back in our Hong Kong warehouse and has passed inspection, your refund will be on its way.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping fees for return shipments.
International Returns & Exchanges
- Customers located outside of the US are responsible for the shipping fees for return shipments.
If You Received the Wrong or Defective Product
If you received the wrong product in your shipment or are missing something from your order, please contact us. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide your order number and specify the item that was shipped incorrectly or was missing from the order. We will process a replacement shipment and/or provide return instructions as soon as possible.
If your product arrived defective, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
Warranty Claims
If any part of your Cinomadist product appears to be defective or not working as intended, please contact us.
We reserve the right to change this policy in the future and/or to deny claims/returns based on suspected fraudulent activity.
